Southwest Florida Backyard Reality
If any of this sounds like your backyard, you're not alone.
The pool is a chore.
Skim, vacuum, skim again. You clean it more than you swim in it.
The bugs own the evenings.
7pm is the best part of the day here, and you're inside.
The old cage is failing.
Rust streaks, sagging screen, a panel that's been "temporary" for two years.
The backyard looks unfinished.
The neighbor's looks right. Yours doesn't, and you see it every day.
None of that is a pool problem. It's an enclosure problem, and it's fixable in about two weeks.
Real Excel Exteriors build in Southwest Florida: clean pool deck, crystal water, ready whenever you step outside.
The Lifestyle Upgrade
What changes the week it's finished.
A pool that's ready when you are.
Debris stays out, so the water's clean without the morning routine.
Evenings outside again.
No mosquitoes, no no-see-ums, no citronella arms race.
A backyard that looks finished.
Clean dark frame, tight screen, straight lines — the look that makes the whole house read as updated.
Value that stays with the house.
In Southwest Florida, an enclosed pool is what buyers expect. An unenclosed one is a to-do list item.

Straight Answers Before You Decide
Honest answers to the five questions everyone asks.
"Will it block my view?"
No. Our frames are built with clear sightlines and dark screen that disappears from the inside. If you're on a canal, you'll still see the water from your chair — that's the whole point.
High-clarity screen: you keep 100% of the water and backyard view.
"How much is this really going to cost?"
Enclosures start at $9,500, and most projects land in a predictable range based on your pool's footprint and roof style. We come out, measure your pool for real, and hand you the actual number on the spot — not a vague range over the phone. $1,000 down starts production and reserves your build date. No obligation to commit.
"How long does it take, and how bad is the mess?"
Most builds are finished in days, not months, once permitting clears. We give you a build date up front, and you keep your yard the entire time except during install.
"Is this going to hold up?"
Reinforced double-track frames, bolted structural connections, and premium materials rated for Florida sun and weather. A cheap enclosure here is a project you do twice.
Heavy-duty bolted gusset and reinforced double-track frame detail.
"Who am I actually talking to?"
