1. Estimates and Quotations
Any quote range provided via phone or SMS text is an initial preliminary estimate based on your provided pool footprint, style, and ZIP code. Final binding contracts are subject to on-site verification, engineering approvals, and permitting requirements established by local municipal authorities in Lee, Charlotte, or Collier County.
2. Licensing and Compliance
Excel Exteriors is a licensed Florida contractor (FL License #CRC 1333433) in business since 2007 and Florida-licensed since 2018. All construction and installation work conforms to applicable Florida Building Code specifications.
3. Production & Reservations
Enclosure prices begin at $9,500. Production begins and build dates are reserved upon receipt of a $1,000 production deposit accompanied by an executed work agreement.
